  Right — been using this thing for something like five months now and I keep coming back, so figured I'd chuck my thoughts in since a mate asked me a few days back. I'm based in the UK, mainly stick to footie and the horses, nothing mad, just so you know where I'm coming from.
  
  The reason I started using it was actually pretty stupid — I couldn't ever work out what an each way payout actually came to when the place terms changed. I used to just eyeball it and then be surprised. Now punch the numbers in before I place anything, even a simple single bet.
  
  The single bet calculator is the part I use most — type in your stake, the odds and it shows profit and total return instantly, either odds format. It also handles the bigger stuff — doubles and trebles returns, lucky 15s, patents and yankees, which is where I always lose track. Have a go yourself, it lives at super yankee calculator and it's free with no account nonsense.
  
  One thing that genuinely made a difference were the more serious extras. There's an implied probability thing and it makes obvious the overround, and a kelly calculator — I run quarter kelly since full stakes are terrifying. Dutching calculator gets used a fair bit for when I'm spreading across selections.
  
  Not all sunshine though. Its interface feels pretty plain — not much polish, it's clearly function over form. Phone-wise it works but the bigger tables need a bit of scrolling. There's no app, it's browser only — doesn't bother me but worth saying.
  
  Anyway. Doesn't cost anything, not plastered in adverts, does what it says. Anyone who honestly does the maths on paper, try it — saved me plenty of arguments with the bookie.
