  First off I want to say great blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing. I've had a hard time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints? Cheers!

  Woah! I'm really enjoying the template/theme of this website. It's simple, yet effective. A lot of times it's hard to get that "perfect balance" between superb usability and appearance.   With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright violation? My website has a lot of unique content I've either written myself or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my permission. Do you know any methods to help prevent content from being stolen? I'd genuinely appreciate it.
